Supply Chain Assistant at Moët Hennessy, Seoul – 1-year contract role managing logistics, inventory, and SAP B1 operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipment logistics, including status tracking and customs documentation preparation
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and customs agencies to ensure timely shipment notifications and clearance
- Review duty and tax estimations and actuals on a weekly basis
- Update in-transit inventory records upon receipt of shipping documentation from Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific
- Arrange outbound shipments in coordination with relevant parties, managing shipping documents and schedules
- Oversee bonded warehouse storage periods for bills of lading and cargo
- Generate daily stock availability reports for duty-paid and duty-free inventory
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between SAP B1 and the warehouse management system
- Document and report any identified cargo damage or incidents
- Create and manage finished goods and point-of-sale material codes in SAP B1, eWorkflow, and Power Apps
- Prepare local purchase orders for point-of-sale materials
- Execute inventory revaluation and adjustments within SAP B1
- Perform monthly inventory closing reconciliations and prepare intercompany invoices and vendor payment vouchers
- Confirm in-transit inventory status with the regional office during month-end closing
- Prepare shipping documentation for Duty Free business operations
- Support supply chain management team and participate in cross-functional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant supply chain experience in organizationally complex and multicultural business environments
- Prior experience in liquor, food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge and experience in supply chain or customer service
- Fluent in Korean and English; proficiency in additional languages advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving orientation with research and analytical capability
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously under pressure

Experience
2–4 years of supply chain experience in complex organizational and multicultural settings, preferably within the liquor, food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or equivalent professional knowledge and hands-on experience in supply chain or customer service functions.
