Moët Hennessy is hiring a Supply Chain and Purchasing Solutions Manager to secure and optimise delivery and evolutionary maintenance of its Supply Chain & Purchasing platform across APAC. The role covers POSM Management, Purchasing, Supply, and Order to Cash evolutions, coordinating platform strategy, implementation, testing, production deployment, and data visualisation with local IT teams and regional stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the APAC platform roadmap and strategy in line with Supply Chain and Purchasing domain needs and related platforms.
- Articulate and align APAC demands with global roadmaps.
- Identify needs for new technologies and innovation, identify new solutions, and develop them for APAC markets.
- Lead implementation of new functionalities or the platform’s Core model, planning activities and managing risks and dependencies with the functional architect and global platform owners.
- Prepare and facilitate arbitration of evolution requests from Business Process Owners within the role’s scope.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in delivering new functionalities, including the Build-to-Run transition.
- Coordinate specification work and gap analysis between business and technical requirements and existing functionalities.
- Supervise and validate detailed specifications for platform development and configuration.
- Provide expertise on solutions outside the platform, such as RPA and AI.
- Plan and coordinate testing and data migrations, and sign and validate test documents.
- Execute functional and technical controls in production and coordinate production deployment tasks.
- Manage external resources within the APAC Data squad for APAC data and visualisation requirements, including Power BI.
- Coordinate stakeholder requests for data and visualisation requirements and translate them into clear work plans for the APAC Data squad.
- Cover the Source To Pay domain, including Procure To Pay, POSM management, and Order to Cash evolutions for Hennessy and APAC proximities.
- Support Moët Hennessy houses and distribution subsidiaries within the scope of POSM management and Source To Pay.
- Work with local IT teams and management across EMEA, APAC, the Americas, Champagne, and Cognac; Enterprise Architects and platform teams across Supply Chain & Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing; Supply Chain and Purchasing teams, BPO Purchasing, Logistics, Order to Cash, and POSM; and T&O and security teams.
- Work with IT partners, integrators, software vendors, publishers, hosting, support and maintenance providers, and other LVMH Group entities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems or Computing.
- At least 7 years of project management experience in a functional IT environment.
- Excellent understanding of Source To Pay business processes, including Procure To Pay.
- Very good knowledge of SAP MM and SAP Ariba; knowledge of procurement tools is a plus.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, release management, test management, and technical documentation skills.
- Organized, rigorous, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional teams in a constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English.

Education
Degree in Information Systems or Computing.
