Moët Hennessy seeks a student worker for Retail Operations support in Berlin, Germany. Part-time internship in luxury wines & spirits distribution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain supplier records for effective vendor management
  • Process purchase orders internally and externally across all cost centers
  • Record goods receipts and issues to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Verify invoices and authorize timely payment releases
  • Maintain and manage data across enterprise systems including SAP and Lightspeed
  • Support planning and execution of inventory counts
  • Generate internal and external reports to track key performance metrics
  • Serve as primary contact for suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate organization and implementation of special projects such as uniform procurement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedural manuals
  • Support product personalization and customization initiatives
  • Assist with preparation and follow-up of marketing activities
  • Contribute creative input to menu design and adaptation

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, or comparable degree program
  • Analytical mindset with precision in data handling
  • Experience in inventory management and purchase order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Interest in the luxury goods sector
