Moët Hennessy USA seeks Sr. Analyst, Commercial Analytics in NYC. Lead data-driven insights supporting sales strategy with $78K–$98K annual salary plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and automated reporting infrastructure to support sales performance, revenue growth management, commercial planning and forecasting, distributor performance management, and commercial P&L tracking
  • Establish standardized KPI frameworks across revenue, margin, trade spend, mix, pricing, and distribution to drive consistency across the business
  • Deliver executive-ready insights that translate complex data into actionable business strategies for leadership decision-making
  • Partner with Center of Excellence and Commercial leadership to embed business requirements and product specifications into data products and tools
  • Identify emerging opportunities to enhance profitability, pricing effectiveness, and return on trade investment
  • Assist in designing, validating, and deploying predictive models for commercial KPIs, execution standards, revenue growth management, P&L forecasting, and distributor performance optimization
  • Apply regression analysis to strengthen commercial KPI frameworks and execution principles
  • Establish modeling governance standards to ensure scalability, transparency, fairness, and continuous performance monitoring
  • Create scenario modeling capabilities to support strategic decision-making
  • Build foundational infrastructure for machine learning and AI-enabled commercial decision support systems
  • Partner with advanced analytics leaders across Moët Hennessy USA to cultivate a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Proactively engage with leadership to identify emerging trends, anticipate data requirements, and create new revenue opportunities through advanced analytics
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across commercial systems and tools
  • Establish governance standards for distributor data, trade data, and financial reporting inputs
  • Own and manage the commercial analytics technology ecosystem, including BI platforms and cloud data environments
  • Drive automation and reduce manual reporting through improved data pipelines and system integration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or relevant equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably within the U.S. wines and spirits industry
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Excel
  • Strong expertise in cloud data platforms and scalable data architecture
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, regression analysis, and data science workflows
  • Demonstrated experience deploying predictive models into production environments
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence executive leadership
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities
