Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and validate brand marketing activations to increase sales velocity and consumer engagement at festivals, events, and stadium venues
  • Support account management relationships with stadium operators, sports venues, festival organisers, and bar operators/caterers
  • Assist in operations, logistics, and project management to ensure seamless execution of brand activations
  • Lead project execution and agency coordination to deliver immersive brand experiences within established brand guidelines
  • Create and provide brand content for customer-facing hosting programmes and promotional materials
  • Conduct post-activation follow-up with accounts to ensure delivery of activation objectives and perform comprehensive analysis
  • Monitor and manage budget allocations while evaluating commercial return on sponsorship and partnership investments
  • Assist in sales reporting and volume monitoring through partners, comparing actual performance against forecasts
  • Engage venue staff to educate them about brands and activations, fostering brand advocacy
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to leverage activations and improve commercial performance for priority brands
  • Support pricing model development and coordinate with RTM and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock ordering
  • Report on and evaluate festival and events activity, volumes, and channel administration
  • Undertake post-activation sales and marketing analysis to measure activation impact and ROI
  • Share insights and learnings with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve activation effectiveness
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify best practice opportunities

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education
  • Passion for brand marketing and understanding of luxury brand positioning
  • Experience or strong knowledge of MHUK brands and the luxury sector
  • Strong organisational, time management, and project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of activation implementation and execution best practices
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas
  • Networking and stakeholder engagement abilities
