Moët Hennessy — Sponsorships & Partnerships Intern in London. Support event activations, account management and sales analysis for festivals, stadia and partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and validate brand marketing activations across festivals, stadiums and event sites to increase rate of sale and consumer engagement.
- Support account management for stadia, sports partners, festivals and bar/catering operators, including post-activation follow-up.
- Assist with operations, logistics and project management to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate agencies and third parties as required to bring activations to life and ensure on-site visibility.
- Create and supply brand content for customer hosting and partner programming.
- Monitor and report sales volume via partners, comparing actuals versus forecasts and supporting pricing/stock decisions with the RTM & logistics teams.
- Perform post-activation sales and marketing analysis, share learnings with Sales and Marketing teams, and identify best practice.
- Work within defined budgets and evaluate commercial returns of activations.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education (undergraduate degree or equivalent).
- Some experience in sales, trade marketing or an events/activation role preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of brand marketing and activation implementation/execution.
- Strong organisation, time management and project management capability.
- Creativity in ideation and ability to develop pragmatic, revenue-driving activation concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving initiative and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and digitally literate.
