Moët Hennessy — Paris: Source-to-Pay Business Solution Owner (full-time, hybrid). Lead Ariba/Concur S2P solutions, drive adoption and measure KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own administration, data integrity and access controls for Source-to-Pay systems (Ariba, Concur Invoice/T&E); ensure solutions are stable, performant and consistent.
- Provide and/or coordinate user training, maintain user and administrator documentation, and act as the subject-matter expert for global users and IT teams.
- Monitor solution adoption, user satisfaction and business value; define, track and report KPIs and SLAs, and benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Capture, translate and prioritise business requirements into clear functional specifications; manage the evolution pipeline and release activities (testing, training, communication, corrective actions).
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders — IT, project managers, BPOs and business contributors — to deliver evolutions and reconciliations across system interfaces.
- Conduct investigations and reconciliation campaigns across system layers; liaise with IT to diagnose and resolve incidents and optimize running costs.
- Promote best practices within user communities, facilitate knowledge sharing and drive change management to increase adoption and process efficiency.
- Maintain technology watch; assess new tools and recommend applications to improve S2P processes and automation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Business or Engineering) or equivalent.
- 5–7 years’ relevant experience in finance/purchasing, IT or consulting as a business application manager or functional expert within a large international organisation.
- Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; strong appetite for operating across multiple IT systems.
- Demonstrable experience in process management, multi-project coordination, stakeholder influence and change management.
- Proven ability to produce functional specifications, manage external vendors and measure business value via KPIs.
