Moët Hennessy seeks Solution & Delivery Manager in Tokyo. Lead IT projects bridging business and technology in luxury wines & spirits within LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for assigned business domains, building trust-based relationships with local users, HQ teams, regional IT, and external vendors
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured IT deliverables and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, including requirements definition, planning, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Take ownership of complex or long-standing initiatives and drive them to successful completion, even when scope or ownership is unclear
  • Act as a liaison between local business teams and regional/global IT organizations to ensure compliance with governance while addressing local needs
  • Address legacy issues impacting operations and take initiative to improve system stability and support effectiveness
  • Own and support Moët Hennessy financial and supply chain systems in SAP ECC, covering accounting, reporting, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations
  • Support and enhance data platforms including Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Power Suite for reporting and analytics
  • Manage and deliver solutions across digital and commercial systems, including eCommerce platforms, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, B2B channels, and digital marketing platforms
  • Lead initiatives to digitize the sales-to-order process in Japan, including systems and integrations spanning SAP, VAN for EDI, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Drive adoption and delivery of process automation solutions using RPA and AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Contribute to the evolution and support of cloud and infrastructure platforms that underpin business applications and operational resilience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Systems, Technology, or related fields
  • Computing degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or MCSE
  • Solid project management experience with proven track record of successful delivery
  • Familiarity with technical platforms, market solutions, and industry trends
  • Understanding of wine and spirits distribution business models
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions

Experience
