Moët Hennessy in Paris seeks a Social Media and Brand Content Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support influencer campaigns, partnerships and social channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track validation steps and deliverables for influencer-created content across campaigns.
- Support the Partnerships & Influence Communications team in managing annual partnerships, sponsorships and 'friends of' programmes, including stock shipments, invitation follow-ups and budget tracking.
- Contribute to the social media editorial calendar: draft posts, manage daily community interactions and perform thematic social listening.
- Prepare monthly platform reports and performance monitoring; assist in defining briefs for creative production and post-production.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders — communications, internal comms, CSR teams and the Maisons' local markets — to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Participate in organisation and on-site coordination of events linked to partnership contracts and cross-functional communication projects.
- Propose new partnership opportunities and emerging platforms where Moët Hennessy could enhance visibility.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master 2 programme (Business School, Communications, Journalism or equivalent) with a specialization in Communication.
- Excellent written and verbal French and English; strong editorial skills and synthesis capability.
- Demonstrated interest in digital communications and social media.
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn content-creation and post-production tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva considered an asset).
- Organised, rigorous, proactive and able to manage projects with energy and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
- Availability for a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026; on-site in Paris.
