Moët Hennessy México seeks a Senior Wine Ambassador with strong premium and luxury wine expertise to lead portfolio education, advocacy, and training, build relationships with sommeliers, chefs, and opinion leaders, and support account development and brand execution. The role is full-time and permanent, based on-site in Mexico City, and includes travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the annual education, advocacy, and training plan for the wine portfolio.
- Deliver trainings, masterclasses, and tastings to internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Work with the commercial team on key account development and new client openings.
- Represent the brands at premium events and experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Build and strengthen relationships with sommeliers, chefs, and opinion leaders.
- Identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor training, advocacy, and commercial performance KPIs.
- Manage samples and educational materials.
Qualifications
- Related bachelor's degree.
- WSET Level 3 or higher preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in premium wines.
- Knowledge of On Trade, Off Trade, and Luxury channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English required.
