Moët Hennessy — Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst in New York (Hybrid): lead SKU demand & supply planning, APO forecasting, S&OP and allocations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Construct Moët Hennessy USA’s SKU‑level sales plans by integrating sell‑out forecasts, targeted days of inventory and supply constraints.
  • Produce and enter monthly sales forecasts into APO by SKU and location, ensuring alignment with financial budgets, SKU and bottle size quotas.
  • Manage flow of depletions to maintain accurate sales forecasts consistent with business trends and financial targets.
  • Create SAP resupply purchase orders where applicable to secure stock coverage and manage distributor sourcing across bailment, direct import and warehouse channels.
  • Lead and organize monthly S&OP forecasting meetings with spirits brand marketing teams and manage the S&OP calendar for company visibility.
  • Support the Director of Supply Chain Planning during monthly financial S&OP reviews and supplier Maison forecast review meetings.
  • Administer vintage transitions and inventory rotation using FIFO principles and maintain the vintage transition report on the company intranet.
  • Manage allocations for VAPs and scarce annual products, reconcile allocations quarterly and drive 100% execution of annual VAP programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and production on new product launches and with brand teams to reduce slow‑moving inventory.
  • Drive continuous process, reporting and communication improvements and support cross‑functional special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree and/or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting or S&OP within consumer goods or luxury FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across commercial, marketing and operations functions.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, with exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization/time management skills.
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and adaptation to new systems and changing business environments.
  • APO experience preferred; Power BI and Excel expertise required; Anaplan experience preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
