Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses of Hennessy brand performance across sales, market trends, competition and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain monthly brand performance reporting and provide leadership with detailed diagnostics, highlighting issues, opportunities and recommended actions.
- Build forecasting models, pricing scenarios and competitive research to support go-to-market strategies for new products and limited editions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and business reviews for senior leadership and Maison stakeholders, translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead the Hennessy Cube initiative: manage tool development, coordinate data collection with agencies, liaise with IT, and own project tracking, training materials and launch activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with BI, Commercial Management, Operations and Finance within a matrixed US/Global Maison/commercial structure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate study preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in business analysis, finance, commercial planning or business intelligence, ideally within consumer goods or luxury goods.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis required for external applicants.
- Proven ability to synthesise complex datasets into concise executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project-management capabilities with demonstrated autonomy in delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in business analysis, finance, commercial planning or business intelligence. Demonstrated track record building forecasting models, managing analytical projects, presenting to senior stakeholders and working within a matrixed global-commercial environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
