Senior Procurement Manager, Brand Marketing at Moët Hennessy USA, New York. Manage $120M A&P budget and lead procurement team in luxury wines & spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 2 Procurement Managers, fostering talent, collaboration, and professional growth within a high-performing procurement function
  • Drive purchasing strategies that deliver competitive advantage, value creation, and cost optimization for internal marketing and sales clients
  • Manage a $120 million A&P budget across critical marketing categories including media, social media, CRM, digital, sponsorships, partnerships, brand content, creative design, PR, and experiential events
  • Act as a trusted business partner to brand and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, brand-appropriate, and competitively sourced goods and services
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including market scouting, tendering, and strategic negotiation with suppliers, agencies, and external partners
  • Proactively manage supplier relationships and performance, evaluating and developing a strong agency and supplier panel aligned with Moët Hennessy standards
  • Organize and lead regular business reviews with internal clients and key suppliers to drive alignment and continuous improvement
  • Promote and implement innovation through deep market understanding, identifying new product, process, and technical initiatives that advance Moët Hennessy's competitive position
  • Champion Moët Hennessy's global purchasing policies, compliance procedures, and governance frameworks within North America operations
  • Ensure achievement of compliance, quality, timing, and cost objectives across all sourcing initiatives and procurement projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 7–9+ years of relevant experience in global business purchasing functions, with significant exposure to marketing procurement and agency management
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising and agency landscapes, with demonstrated A&P marketing expertise
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams with strong leadership presence and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with strong presentation and coordination capabilities
  • Proficiency in analytical and database management tools and systems
  • Fluency in English; French and Spanish language proficiency is a strong advantage
