Role & Responsibilities
- Lead management and coordination of commercial reporting processes and systems (Anaplan, Power BI, Nielsen and internal sources).
- Produce and deliver detailed brand and customer performance analysis; identify gaps and opportunities through trend analysis to support National Accounts leaders.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analytical support for special projects and Account Leads.
- Manage vendor and purchase order administration, including vendor setup and PO processing.
- Support invoice coding, reclasses and T&E/budget management; assist with A&P tracking and accruals.
- Administer POS allocation and reconcile POS reporting through ePOS systems and internal reports.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, regional report consolidation, meeting preparation and logistics for the National Accounts team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in sales, commercial analytics or marketing within consumer packaged goods, retail and/or wine & spirits.
- Proven finance and budget management capability, including A&P tracking and accruals.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis (external applicants).

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing or commercial analytics within CPG, retail and/or wine & spirits; demonstrated experience supporting national or distributor accounts is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,000 to USD 98,000 per annum.
