Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising – Travel Retail to lead luxury brand positioning and retail sales growth across the Americas from Miami.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging consumer brand experiences seamlessly executable within the retail environment across the Americas travel retail network
- Lead roll-out of permanent merchandising projects, including CAPEX investments and brand activations aligned with luxury positioning standards
- Partner with Commercial teams to develop store classifications aligned with brand image and visual merchandising strategy
- Identify and drive new airport retail opportunities to strengthen brand presence and visibility within the region
- Manage visual merchandising elements and POSM implementation for new store openings in alignment with Global Travel Retail guidelines, including mapping, sourcing, shipment tracking, and installation oversight
- Build consumer-centric planogram strategies that enhance visibility, navigation, and shopper engagement across key accounts
- Oversee flagship store openings, ensuring excellence across all visual assets and merchandising executions
- Conduct regular airport and store visits to identify retail opportunities, operational needs, and optimization areas
- Support development and communication of airport retail strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Assist Marketing Director in building annual marketing plans and support implementation across key accounts in close collaboration with Sales teams
- Identify growth opportunities in the field and develop relevant retail and merchandising tools to support business performance
- Partner with Sales teams to create customer-oriented visual merchandising solutions that enhance shopper engagement
- Develop and maintain a network of expert agencies whilst ensuring full compliance with Moët Hennessy audit standards and guidelines
- Proactively monitor and evaluate competitor activities across promotions, merchandising, category management, and advertising to identify market trends and opportunities
- Identify and recommend investment priorities for visibility initiatives and activation programs to maximize brand impact and ROI
- Build strong working relationships with Global Travel Retail Marketing teams in Paris through regular communication, meetings, and project updates
- Maintain strong knowledge of key strategic customers and foster collaborative partnerships to support long-term business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in wines and spirits or luxury goods industry
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally in travel retail
- In-depth experience managing merchandising projects at scale
- Architectural background or experience (preferred)
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual strategy
- Strong project planning and management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the wines and spirits or luxury goods industry is required, with at least 3 years of hands-on retail experience preferably within travel retail. The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial expertise in managing merchandising projects at scale, coupled with a proven track record of driving retail execution and brand development initiatives. Experience working within luxury environments and exposure to international, multi-stakeholder environments is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience within the luxury retail or visual merchandising sector.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 113,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
