Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day distributor relationships for key accounts, communicating brand guidelines, expectations, and strategic objectives to ensure flawless execution across all channels
- Track distributor KPIs based on brand and market priorities, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain performance standards
- Drive distributor achievement of sales and depletion goals while executing the national and local program calendar
- Assume account management responsibilities for Moët Hennessy priority accounts, overseeing sales and depletion targets for both on- and off-premise channels
- Inform market leadership of inventory risks and opportunities to influence market forecasts and strategic planning
- Own program and activity calendars for distributor-managed and Moët Hennessy-managed accounts, ensuring execution within brand guidelines
- Propose local market programs and events in partnership with field teams for inclusion in the program calendar
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new business opportunities to present to market leadership
- Train and develop account leads and distributor teams (GSM and in-market personnel)
- Participate in market and Maison visitor programs, sales blitzes, and distributor education initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in sales and channel distribution
- Deep understanding of consumer expectations within the territory
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor networks
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills to navigate complex cross-functional relationships
- Proficiency in financial and budget management
- Demonstrated influencing and partnership capabilities
- Refined communication and presentation skills
- Ability to serve as liaison between distributors and multiple stakeholders
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
