Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key distributors and accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and delivery of sales targets
  • Track and monitor distributor KPIs based on brand and market priorities; implement corrective actions to drive performance
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies, including identification of bespoke programming opportunities and upselling initiatives
  • Conduct regular account visits to maintain relationships, monitor performance metrics, and gather competitive intelligence
  • Sell Moët Hennessy brands and products by selecting appropriate activations, programs, and tactics tailored to each account's profile
  • Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain strategic relationships with key on-premise accounts and decision-makers
  • Partner with Field Trade Marketing and Experiential Development to execute brand experiences and programs within guidelines
  • Communicate guidelines, expectations, and brand strategies to distributors to ensure flawless channel execution
  • Work collaboratively with distributor sales representatives on pricing, fulfillment, and order execution support
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to channel leadership regarding opportunities, risks, and strategic threats
  • Participate in market visits, training blitzes, and distributor education initiatives
  • Manage and develop account lead(s) in market; provide coaching and career development support
  • Frequent driving to support account visits, transport point-of-sale materials, and meet essential business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry
  • Strong background in distributor and account management within on-premise channels
  • Proven sales track record and ability to achieve KPI targets and revenue goals
  • Extensive understanding of consumer expectations and market dynamics within the geographic territory
  • Well-developed experience analyzing ROI, budget management, and financial planning
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-centric problem-solving capabilities
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required; eligible for company vehicle upon approval
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
