Role & Responsibilities
- Owns market performance for Tennessee, driving depletion and revenue targets across on‑ and off‑premise channels through distributor partners.
- Manages day‑to‑day distributor relationships for key accounts, aligning execution with brand priorities, contract terms and budgets.
- Develops and executes the program and pricing calendar for distributor‑managed and MH‑managed accounts; monitors inventory, size mix and pricing to optimise profitability.
- Builds forecasts in partnership with Forecasting & Operations; attends weekly operations calls and monthly working sessions to align on demand and financials.
- Tracks distributor KPIs and depletion metrics, implements corrective actions, and reports performance against targets.
- Allocates market resources and brand investments across states/cities; manages DPP and FTT budgets and liaises with commercial enablement on pricing analytics.
- Leads, develops and supervises account/distributor leads; negotiates internally to secure resources and cross‑functional alignment.
- Plans and participates in market activations, distributor education, Maison visits and sales blitzes to drive key account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; 7+ years in sales and marketing within the wine & spirits industry preferred.
- Proven track record managing distributors and high‑volume key accounts across on‑ and off‑premise channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, build accurate forecasts and achieve depletion/revenue targets.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach account leads in a geographically dispersed market.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales/marketing; 7+ years in wine & spirits sales and distributor management is preferred. Experience driving depletion, managing distributor KPIs, and leading account teams across multi‑state territories is essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing preferred.
