Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key account distributors within market, ensuring flawless execution across assigned channels
  • Track and optimize distributor KPIs based on brand and market priorities, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Drive distributors to achieve sales and depletion goals while executing national and local program calendars
  • Sell in Moët Hennessy brands and products, identifying and executing relevant activations, programs, and bespoke opportunities for each account
  • Advise accounts on portfolio opportunities and growth through education, programming, and strategic analysis
  • Visit accounts regularly to maintain relationships, monitor performance, monitor competitive intelligence, and gather market updates
  • Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Partner with Field Trade Marketing and Experiential Development to execute programs and experiences in accounts
  • Manage account leads in market, providing coaching, support, and career development guidance
  • Communicate brand guidelines, expectations, and strategies to distributors to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Participate in market and Maison visitor programs, blitzes, and distributor education initiatives
  • Coordinate with distributor sales representatives on pricing support and fulfillment logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits
  • Deep understanding of consumer expectations and channel dynamics
  • Strong relationship-building skills and proven ability to manage and grow key account relationships
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor networks
  • Well-developed finance and budget management capabilities
  • Highly effective influencing and partnering skills across functions
  • Refined communication and presentation abilities
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
