Moët Hennessy seeks Sr. Manager, Field Marketing – Spirits in New York; $130K–$163K annually. Lead local brand activations and drive luxury spirits marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Localize and adapt brand programming for assigned spirits brands to align with market, account, and distributor needs within the New York Metro area
- Develop and manage local brand activation activities, measuring ROI and creating activity recaps to inform future programming decisions
- Collaborate with Brand Teams and Commercial Sales to generate innovative, high-impact local programming initiatives, including brand activations, account opportunities, community connections, and local influencer partnerships
- Manage regional Advertising & Promotion budget, identifying gaps, opportunities, and risks while determining program ROI and making recommendations for market optimization
- Serve as liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Teams to drive both sales performance and brand equity
- Identify and evaluate new account opportunities for the Commercial Sales Team, supported by competitive intelligence and business intelligence research
- Participate in regional budget planning processes, representing assigned market areas
- Manage distributor and commercial sales coordination for Winemaker/Maison visits, ensuring product availability and optimized itineraries
- Oversee local point-of-sale materials in partnership with Account Leads
- Lead VAP forecast and allocation processes at the local market level, bridging Brand Teams and Sales Teams
- Prepare for and participate in General Sales Meetings and distributor meetings as market representative
- Communicate brand vision and localized execution plans to the commercial team; escalate opportunities, risks, and market needs to brand leadership
- Maintain luxury standards in market execution, serving as brand guardian and advocate for local market requirements
- Prospect for new business opportunities across on-premise, off-premise, and non-premise channels
- Build and cultivate relationships with key customers, local influencers, and trade partners
- Manage cross-channel programs and seasonal initiatives (e.g., Lunar New Year, LA Polo regional events)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of field marketing, brand management, or commercial development experience in luxury beverages or comparable sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in spirits or wines marketing and brand activation
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Excellence in liaison and stakeholder management between sales and brand functions
- Knowledge of on-premise, off-premise, and non-premise trade channels
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and execution standards

Experience
Minimum 5 years of field marketing, brand management, regional sales support, or commercial development experience in luxury beverages, wine, spirits, or comparable premium consumer goods sectors. Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand activations, managing regional marketing budgets, and fostering collaboration between commercial and brand teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or industry certifications in wine and spirits are preferred.
