Role & Responsibilities
- Localize and adapt national brand programming to the Los Angeles market and assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and distributor needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between Brand Teams and Commercial Sales — communicating market opportunities, risks, and localization requirements upstream and translating brand strategy into downstream sales tools and activations.
- Manage A&P budgets for assigned brands: identify gaps, assess ROI for programs, recommend allocations to market/state leads, and deliver post-activation recaps.
- Design and execute high-impact local activations (brand events, account programming, influencer/community partnerships) to drive both short-term sales and long-term brand equity.
- Use competitive and market intelligence to identify new account prospects and support Commercial Sales with actionable leads.
- Oversee distributor relations and commercial coordination for Maison/winemaker visits to secure product availability and luxury execution in-market.
- Manage local POSM, VAP forecasting and allocation processes, and prepare materials for GSMs and distributor meetings.
- Ensure executional excellence across channels — guardian of brand standards and market advocate elevating distributors, trade engagement, and Moët Hennessy presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 7+ years of trade, field or creative marketing experience in wines & spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail; minimum 5 years' relevant experience required.
- Proven commercial orientation with experience in sales-facing roles, budget management, and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated experience managing distributor relationships, POSM, allocations and multi-channel activations.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Seven or more years of progressive trade or field marketing experience within wines & spirits, CPG, or retail environments with a strong commercial orientation and demonstrable success managing distributor partnerships, budgeted programs, and multi-channel activations.
Education
