Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the regional commercial strategy and negotiations with travel retail partners to maximise revenue, market share and long‑term profitability across Americas airports.
  • Lead regular business reviews with regional and local customers and ensure pricing strategy accuracy across all airport locations.
  • Elevate Moët Hennessy’s influence within airport authority networks and secure retail visibility and space through strategic negotiations.
  • Define direction and priorities for Retail Operations teams to align commercial strategy with flawless in‑store execution and activation delivery.
  • Translate market insights into actionable commercial initiatives that drive sell‑out, innovation success and category leadership.
  • Set and monitor KPIs (sell‑out, conversion rate, etc.), implement corrective action plans and report performance (Mid‑Month Forecast, R&O, monthly reporting, D+1).
  • Accountable for P&L, budget/LE1/LE2 performances; optimise FTT/A&P/T&E budgets and control monthly spending.
  • Lead supply planning and annual shipment cadence with customers; ensure service levels for payment and delivery and coordinate route‑to‑market information with operations teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with retail customers and local operators’ supply teams to secure MH as a preferred strategic partner.
  • Recruit, lead, inspire and develop Retail Operations Managers and Sales Ambassadors to maximise shop‑floor performance and brand desirability.
  • Travel as required (approximately 30%) and undertake responsibilities outside a narrowly defined scope when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 7 years’ international sales experience, preferably in wines & spirits and travel retail.
  • Demonstrated experience in international commercial negotiation and multi‑market account management.
  • Proven P&L ownership and budget management experience.
  • Strong team leadership skills with ability to influence cross‑functional and dotted‑line teams.
  • Authorised to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
