Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the commercial strategy for travel retail across Americas airports, negotiating regional and local agreements to maximise revenue, market share and long‑term profitability.
  • Lead business reviews with key travel retail customers and airport partners; secure pricing and space agreements that elevate brand visibility and category leadership.
  • Drive end‑to‑end retail execution from negotiation to in‑store activation, monitoring sell‑out, conversion and other KPIs and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Accountable for P&L performance, monthly forecasting (Mid‑Month Forecast, R&O), budget control (FTT/A&P/T&E) and optimisation of investment vs. sell‑out.
  • Develop and implement supply and shipment plans with operations and local partners to ensure service levels and route‑to‑market efficiency.
  • Lead, inspire and develop Retail Operations Managers and Sales Ambassadors to deliver consistent world‑class retail standards; influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Represent Moët Hennessy within airport authority networks and travel retail ecosystems to strengthen the maison’s strategic position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ international sales experience, ideally within wines & spirits and travel retail.
  • Proven track record in commercial negotiation with travel retail partners and airport authorities, particularly across Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) markets.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience managing budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Experience leading and developing retail specialists and multi‑disciplinary teams, including indirect reporting relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time; able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Must be currently authorised to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 112,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
