Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Financial Consolidation Analyst in Épernay, France. Lead group-wide financial consolidation cycles with IFRS expertise and advanced Excel/SAP skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recurring consolidation cycles from data collection through variance analysis and reconciliation validation, maintaining full documentation of consolidation entries
- Supervise consolidation adjustments and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy across balance sheets, income statements, equity schedules, and cash flow statements
- Support integration of new entities, acquisitions, and divestments into the Group's consolidated perimeter
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and internal Group accounting policies across all consolidation deliverables
- Strengthen internal controls over consolidation processes and financial reporting to guarantee data reliability
- Identify and mitigate risks inherent in consolidation and reporting procedures
- Provide technical support and training to subsidiary finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions
- Partner with Maison finance teams to guarantee reliable and punctual reporting submissions
- Coordinate with external auditors, providing comprehensive documentation and clarifications during audit reviews
- Deliver actionable reporting insights and financial information to Group senior management
- Coach and develop junior analysts, fostering technical growth and professional advancement
- Advocate for process improvements and innovation in consolidation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Bac+5 minimum)
- Mandatory DECF or DESCF accounting certification
- Fluent English required for subsidiary liaison and international communication
- Minimum 5–7 years of demonstrated professional experience in accounting and financial functions
- Proven expertise in financial consolidation processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- In-depth knowledge of consolidation software platforms (SAP BFC, OneStream, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Essbase is desirable

Minimum 5–7 years of successful professional experience in accounting and financial domains, with substantial hands-on consolidation expertise.
Education
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (minimum Bac+5). Mandatory DECF or DESCF accounting certification.
