Moët Hennessy USA seeks Senior Director, Content, Culture and Media in New York to lead luxury wine and spirits digital strategy across three integrated units—newsroom, CRM/DTC, and paid media.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Consumer Experience & Culture Center of Excellence (CoE) operating model, integrating existing Digital RTC & Creative Services teams with three incoming portfolio-wide digital resources into three distinct units with clear mandates and service agreements
- Establish governance frameworks that flatten approval cycles, enable autonomous execution, and ensure coordinated workflow across Content & Culture, Consumer Data & Commerce, and Media & Amplification units
- Direct three unit leaders (Director, Content & Culture; Director, Consumer Data & Commerce; Director, Media & Amplification) and build organizational capability beyond the immediate team
- Oversee the Newsroom as an always-on content engine operating on a 24–72 hour brief-to-live cycle, setting strategic vision and brand guardrail frameworks for autonomous publishing across the full brand portfolio
- Integrate creator strategy, entertainment partnerships, and social-first publishing into coordinated workflow; establish earned media coordination protocols connecting brand PR agencies with Newsroom activity
- Develop and own portfolio-level paid media strategy, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) methodology, and brand lift study design; manage media agency relationships, joint business plans, and competitive recommendations
- Serve as integration point between Newsroom organic content performance and real-time paid amplification; identify and boost highest-performing content to maximize reach and conversion
- Lead first-party data strategy across CRM, DTC owned digital, and B2C e-commerce; ensure CRM capabilities demonstrate measurable revenue contribution and customer lifetime value
- Establish enterprise measurement architecture spanning strategic (sales lift, ROI, brand equity), tactical (engagement rate, influencer EMV, new customer acquisition), and operational metrics (CPM, cost-per-action, DTC conversion)
- Build digital, social, and consumer data literacy across the broader marketing organization; maintain flexible, agile service model that evolves with portfolio needs and digital landscape
- Connect media investment to commercial KPIs at depletion and velocity level across the portfolio; serve as MHUSA's internal authority on marketing attribution and investment optimization

- Proven ability to integrate teams and build Center of Excellence capability in a multi-brand or portfolio environment
- Demonstrated expertise connecting content, creator strategy, paid media, CRM, and DTC into coherent consumer engagement and commercial strategy
