Role & Responsibilities
- Define and steward an integrated digital strategy across Paid Media, Ecommerce, CRM and Entertainment Marketing, translating brand objectives into prioritized digital roadmaps.
- Act as strategic integrator and liaison between COE channel owners, brand leads, internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
- Lead digital transformation pilots — including social, paid media and emerging AI use cases — owning governance, success metrics, learnings and scale recommendations.
- Conduct ecosystem health checks and gap analyses across customer journeys, data flows, tagging, platform performance and UX; prioritize fixes with channel owners.
- Establish measurement frameworks, monitor pilot KPIs, analyze performance and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
- Co‑manage existing digital solutions in partnership with Ecommerce and CRM teams (e.g., Salsify) and coordinate with IT on technical integrations and data architectures.
- Provide thought leadership on media, commerce, CRM, social and AI trends; translate future thinking into pragmatic pilots and operational improvements.
- Communicate clearly to align stakeholders across matrixed, multi‑brand environments and maintain agility in response to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or digital strategy; 7+ years preferred, with exposure across multiple digital disciplines (media, CRM, ecommerce, martech).
- Proven experience operating within complex, matrixed organisations (global/local structures, COE + brand + agency models).
- Strong technical fluency in measurement, tagging, data flows and platform integration (not a developer role, but technically literate).
- Demonstrated ability to design and govern pilots: define objectives, scope, metrics, learnings and scale plans.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for full‑time employment.

Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital strategy or related roles is preferred, with demonstrable exposure to paid media, ecommerce, CRM and martech and a track record of leading digital pilots and cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed organisations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
