Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage recurring consolidation cycles from data collection through variance analysis and reconciliation validation, maintaining comprehensive documentation of consolidation entries
  • Supervise consolidation adjustments and reconciliations to ensure accuracy; support integration of newly acquired or divested entities within group scope
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and internal group policies; strengthen internal controls over all consolidation deliverables to guarantee data reliability
  • Identify and mitigate consolidation and reporting process risks in partnership with internal audit and external auditors
  • Provide technical assistance to subsidiary entities via hotline support, training programmes, and control interface documentation; coordinate with subsidiary finance teams on timely, accurate submissions
  • Liaise with external auditors by providing required documentation and clarification during consolidation reviews
  • Deliver clear, actionable consolidated reporting to group financial leadership and holding company consolidation teams
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts on technical accounting matters, fostering professional development and continuous process innovation

Qualifications

  • University degree or grande école (five-year programme) in commerce, accounting, or finance
  • DECF/DESCF accounting qualification (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated expertise in consolidation processes and financial statement preparation
  • Fluent English for subsidiary relations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of consolidation software platforms such as SAP BFC, OneStream, or Essbase
