Moët Hennessy seeks Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager for Asia Pacific. Sydney, hybrid, permanent role leading regional total rewards strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs across designated Asia Pacific markets, with emphasis on emerging markets and Oceania, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and local regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews, analyses, and budgeting of compensation and benefits programs; provide recommendations to ensure congruence with company business strategies and compensation philosophy
  • Partner with market HR teams and leadership to identify risks, gaps, and develop enhancement plans related to total rewards
  • Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs including retirement plans, medical coverage, life and accident insurance, and travel insurance in collaboration with the Group C&B team
  • Participate in periodic and ad-hoc market surveys and inter-group benchmarking activities to drive continuous improvement in overall rewards and benefits
  • Advise Market HR teams on remuneration packages for market leadership groups, high-remuneration hires, and international mobility issues, including taxation and social security considerations
  • Support international mobility programs by developing packages aligned with Group policies, regulatory standards, and taxation guidelines
  • Serve as advisory partner to HR community and business leadership on total rewards matters to support business success
  • Lead regional C&B projects and initiatives to strengthen processes and policies across the Asia Pacific region

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven experience designing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and relevant software tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence and drive organizational change

Experience
