Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager — APAC in Singapore to lead total rewards strategy across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programmes across designated APAC markets, with a focus on emerging markets and Oceania.
  • Ensure rewards practices comply with local legislation and align with the company’s total rewards philosophy and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with market HR teams and business leaders to provide expert remuneration advice for senior hires, leadership populations and high-remuneration cases.
  • Lead regional projects and initiatives to strengthen C&B processes, policies and tools across the Asia Pacific footprint.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, participate in compensation surveys and deliver analytical reviews, budgeting and recommendations to optimise reward competitiveness.
  • Support international mobility by developing mobility packages and advising on taxation, social security and regulatory implications.
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee benefits programmes (retirement, medical, life/accident, travel insurance) in collaboration with the Group C&B team.
  • Act as an advisory partner to the HR community and business leadership to identify reward-related risks and drive enhancement plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits, with demonstrable exposure to Asia Pacific markets.
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws, taxation and social security frameworks across APAC.
  • Proven track record designing and operating compensation, benefits and mobility programmes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and familiarity with compensation survey tools.
  • Ability to operate in multicultural, matrixed environments and drive change regionally.

Experience
