Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, APAC in Hong Kong to design and manage regional total rewards and mobility programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs across designated APAC markets, with emphasis on emerging markets and Oceania.
- Ensure total rewards programmes comply with local regulation and align with the company’s strategic objectives and compensation philosophy.
- Conduct regular benchmarking, salary reviews, cost analysis and budgeting; produce recommendations to optimise rewards strategy.
- Partner with market HR teams and business leaders to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and to advise on remuneration for market leadership and senior hires.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on international mobility, taxation and social security implications; develop mobility packages that adhere to Group policies and local requirements.
- Support design and governance of employee benefits (retirement, medical, life & accident, travel insurance) in coordination with the Group C&B function.
- Lead regional C&B projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives; represent the region in inter‑group benchmarking and market surveys.
- Act as an advisory partner to HR and business leadership on total rewards matters to support attraction, retention and motivation of key talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with demonstrable exposure to APAC markets (design and delivery of regional programs).
- Deep knowledge of local labour, benefits, taxation and social security frameworks across APAC jurisdictions.
- Proven track record designing and operating complex rewards programs, salary structures and mobility packages.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in benchmarking, modelling and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures.
- Proficiency with HRIS and related HR tools; meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable driving change and leading cross‑functional projects in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
