Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead local commercial and marketing programming to reach KPIs supporting the overall brand plan
  • Develop and manage market advertising and promotional budgets; identify gaps, opportunities, and determine ROI of all programs
  • Lead brand activations and annual planning in partnership with Brand and under the leadership of Sr. Director - Field Marketing, Wine
  • Track performance against KPIs and course-correct execution with distributors and Moët Hennessy teams
  • Act as overlay sales leader, partnering with Moët Hennessy Commercial Sales team and distributor sales representatives
  • Develop and lead strategic account plans for priority customers, defining objectives, investment levels, activation priorities, and execution roadmaps
  • Prospect and unlock new distribution, menus, and displays in high-impact, competitive accounts
  • Lead GSM presentations and deliver training to distributor teams and Moët Hennessy Commercial Sales staff
  • Host trade events and consumer events at key accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong financial and performance management capabilities
  • Deep understanding of distributor operations and route-to-market execution
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
