Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Brand Manager in Seoul to lead luxury wine and spirits brand strategy, budget oversight, and team leadership within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy, positioning, and Maisons guidelines into actionable local brand strategy while defining the product pipeline and long-term brand building programs in alignment with Maisons objectives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans with clear objectives and sound strategies for specific brands and trade channels
  • Own master brand assets, define messaging, and develop creative local guidelines to brief the Customer Marketing team and agencies
  • Manage overall A&P budget ownership (ATL and BTL) with responsibility for EUR 1.1–1.6M, tracking spend against brand priorities and growth opportunities
  • Set strategic direction for and lead the team to ensure successful implementation of activations, events, and product launches
  • Collaborate closely with the local Customer Marketing team to define key channels and local objectives, suggest optimization ideas, and monitor KPIs
  • Analyze market trends, consumer intelligence, and qualitative trade feedback to propose actionable plans for driving growth
  • Manage and develop relationships with local agencies, activation partners, and PR firms while fostering key market relationships across the Cluster
  • Lead, coach, and develop at least one Brand Manager, providing clear strategic direction and ensuring team alignment with business objectives
  • Utilize digital platforms and technologies to strengthen brand activations and propose disruptive activation concepts
  • Apply a North Asia mindset by proactively seeking synergies with teams and markets across the cluster

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods and FMCG industries, with proven brand management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and lead teams both directly and transversally to drive brand initiatives and achieve business objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and the latest marketing tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets
  • Creative, analytical, and out-of-the-box thinking with strong digital proficiency and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, appreciative of luxury, and highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and monitoring financial indicators with capacity to set clear KPIs and monitor ROI
