Senior Brand Manager at Moët Hennessy in Seoul — luxury brand strategy, €1.1–1.6M marketing budget, team leadership. Hybrid role within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy, positioning, and Maisons guidelines into local brand strategy, defining strategic direction for the brand in the local market
  • Develop and own annual marketing plans (Brand Plans) with clear objectives and sound strategies for specific brands and trade channels
  • Oversee overall A&P budget ownership (ATL and BTL) with responsibility of €1.1–1.6 million, tracking spending against brand priorities and growth opportunities
  • Set strategic direction and lead team to ensure successful implementation of activations, events, and product launches
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Marketing teams to define key channels and local objectives, suggesting optimization ideas for spotless execution
  • Monitor and report various aspects of brand performance through field visits, consumer intelligence research, and qualitative trade feedback
  • Manage at least one Brand Manager, providing coaching, development, and clear direction aligned with business objectives
  • Develop creative local guidelines and playbooks to inspire and brief local Customer Marketing Team and agencies
  • Leverage digital platforms and technologies to strengthen brand activations and propose disruptive concepts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods and FMCG sectors
  • Proven experience in brand management and integrated marketing communications
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and lead teams both directly and transversally
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour
  • Experience managing budgets and monitoring financial indicators with capacity to set clear KPIs and monitor ROI
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets
  • Creative and analytical thinking with strong digital proficiency and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
  • Organized and structured with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
