Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Brand Manager in Seoul to lead local brand strategy, A&P activations and a hybrid team across the North Asia cluster.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy and Maisons' guidelines into a clear, market-specific brand plan and product pipeline; set long‑term brand building priorities for the local market.
  • Own master creative assets and messaging; produce local creative guidelines and playbooks to brief Customer Marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Develop annual Brand Plans with measurable objectives and steer activation strategies across trade channels.
  • Lead execution of activations, events and product launches; set strategic direction and ensure flawless implementation in partnership with Customer Marketing.
  • Manage A&P (ATL/BTL) budgets — responsibility for €1.1–1.6M — prioritising spend against growth opportunities and tracking ROI/KPIs.
  • Engage and manage relationships with local agencies, PR partners and global Maison stakeholders; supervise global POSM and monitor activation KPIs.
  • Use consumer intelligence, market trend analysis and field feedback to optimise brand performance and propose actionable growth plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to interpret forecasts and drive value across the North Asia cluster.
  • Lead and coach at least one Brand Manager; foster transversal collaboration across Market/Maison/Cluster matrices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or FMCG, with proven brand management and integrated communications expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and lead teams both directly and transversally across matrix organisations.
  • Proven commercial acumen with understanding of consumer behaviour, competitive landscapes and measurement of business KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to influence global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multi‑channel A&P budgets and monitoring financial indicators and ROI.
  • High level of professional ethics, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.

Experience
