Moët Hennessy — Senior Brand Manager, Dom Perignon in New York (Hybrid). Lead U.S. brand strategy, A&P and elevated activations for Dom Pérignon.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the U.S. brand strategy for Dom Pérignon in partnership with the Brand Head and cross‑functional stakeholders, aligning with Maison and MHUSA objectives.
- Develop annual U.S. marketing priorities and lead ‘big bet’ program development across key platforms and initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize and oversee A&P deployment to ensure budget allocation supports brand objectives, volume and profit targets.
- Own execution of marketing programs and activations across channels and markets, ensuring consistent luxury positioning and elevated consumer experiences.
- Articulate and operationalize the brand’s Must Have Programs; provide strategic direction to Commercial, Trade Marketing, Channel Programming and other stakeholders to ensure a unified vision.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy & Business Planning, COE and Digital Marketing to define KPIs, monitor brand health and adjust plans based on consumer insights and performance data.
- Create and review elevated POS materials and brand assets with Trade Marketing and Maison teams to maximize influence at the point of choice.
- Manage agency and distributor relationships to secure best‑in‑class execution and alignment to brand objectives.
- Provide leadership and development to direct reports (Associate Brand Manager, VIE) and act as a marketing thought leader within the Champagne & Sparkling team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably within luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines & spirits.
- Proven track record developing and implementing commercial brand strategies that drive both desirability and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally (Commercial, Finance, Digital, Legal, COE).
- Experience managing budgets (A&P), KPI frameworks, and interpreting depletions, DOI and P&L drivers.
- Experience working with external agencies, distributors and trade partners; U.S. three‑tier distribution knowledge is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of progressive brand marketing experience, ideally within luxury consumer goods or the U.S. wines & spirits sector, with demonstrable success leading brand strategy, A&P planning and cross‑functional programs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
