Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the US brand and marketing strategy in partnership with the Maison and MHUSA leadership, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s global brand direction.
- Translate strategic direction into unified channel plans and commercially driven activation programs to achieve volume, profit and brand equity targets.
- Own brand P&L decisions including pricing strategy, A&P investment planning and optimization to maximise profit and depletions growth.
- Lead annual brand planning and prioritise ‘big bet’ platforms with defined KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Sales, Field Marketing, Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Insights, Finance, COE and external agencies to ensure coherent execution.
- Monitor brand performance, analyse results, and recommend actionable adjustments to campaigns and channel tactics.
- Hire, develop and coach direct reports, identify successors and drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation across MHUSA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 12 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within luxury consumer goods or the U.S. wines & spirits sector.
- Proven experience managing brand P&L and A&P budgets with a demonstrable commercial orientation.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to support data-driven decision making.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Minimum 12 years of progressively responsible brand marketing experience, preferably within luxury or CPG and the U.S. wines & spirits market, including demonstrated P&L ownership, cross-functional influence, and leadership of marketing teams.
Education
