Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead management and coordination of commercial reporting processes and systems (Anaplan, Power BI, Nielsen, internal sources) to deliver timely insights to National Accounts.
  • Monitor brand and customer performance metrics; perform trend analysis to identify gaps, risks and growth opportunities for National Accounts and Moët Hennessy USA.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, special analyses and executive-ready materials in support of National Accounts leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative and vendor-facing processes including vendor setup, purchase order facilitation, invoice coding, reclasses and T&E budget administration.
  • Administer POS allocations and reconcile POS reporting through the ePOS system and internal reporting tools.
  • Support A&P tracking, accruals and commercial reporting consolidation; coordinate internal and external meetings and regional reporting logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in business, finance, marketing or related field.
  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within consumer packaged goods, retail and/or wine & spirits, with exposure to national or distributor accounts.
  • Demonstrable finance and budget management capability with experience in financial modeling and ad-hoc commercial analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to work effectively across internal teams and external distributors/vendors.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (external applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the U.S.).

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,000 to USD 98,000 per annum.
