Role & Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in tracking progress across S/4HANA migration workstreams, maintaining milestone and deliverable registers.
• Update and maintain project dashboards and performance indicators for steering committees and stakeholders.
• Prepare and follow up on project steering committees, status reports and governance artefacts.
• Contribute to portfolio management activities: assist in portfolio reporting, performance analysis and prioritisation of requests.
• Document processes, lessons learned and PMO best practices to support knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, organise workshops and project meetings, and contribute to project communications (newsletters, presentations, supporting materials).
• Participate in continuous improvement of delivery processes and support ad hoc operational tasks for the SAP Delivery Center.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bac+3 to Bac+5 (business school, engineering school or university) with specialisation in project management, information systems or management.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity or strong interest in project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
• Professional working proficiency in English (international environment).
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational rigor and attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability to change and capacity to propose improvements.

Experience

Entry-level: suitable for students with limited professional experience. The role is designed for candidates currently undertaking higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) who wish to gain hands-on PMO and portfolio management experience within a large-scale SAP transformation.

Bac+3 to Bac+5 in progress (business school, engineering school or university) — specialisation in project management, information systems, or management.
