Moët Hennessy in Warsaw seeks a Sales Specialist (temporary, on-site) to manage sales administration, e‑retail activations and reporting during a 12‑month maternity cover.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for sales activities to ensure business continuity during maternity leave cover.
  • Execute sales administration tasks including confirmation of turnover, documentation of supply shortages, and maintenance of product master data.
  • Prepare new product cards and promotional cards; manage EAN code changes, product availability blocks and related communications.
  • Coordinate e‑retail activations and graphic assets in partnership with the marketing team for both direct and indirect customers.
  • Support promotional mechanics and catalogue graphics implementation across channels.
  • Produce and maintain regular sales reporting and analysis to inform account managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as Sustainability Champion for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader sustainability projects.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, logistics, account management) to ensure timely execution of commercial plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a closely related field.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration, sales support or similar commercial operational roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience with reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail when preparing reports and managing product data.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Warsaw for the full duration of the temporary assignment.
