Moët Hennessy seeks a Sales Specialist (temporary, 12-month) in Warsaw to provide sales administration, e‑retail and reporting support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day sales administration and operational support to ensure business continuity during a 12-month maternity cover.
- Confirm turnover and document supply shortages; manage product availability blocks (temporary or permanent).
- Prepare new product cards and promotional cards; administer promotional mechanics and catalog graphics in coordination with marketing.
- Manage EAN code changes and related product-data updates across systems and channels.
- Coordinate e‑retail activations and graphics for direct and indirect customers in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Produce and maintain sales reporting and analytical deliverables for internal stakeholders.
- Act as Sustainability Champion for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability initiatives and local execution.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, account teams) to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or comparable commercial operational roles.
- Fluent Polish and fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proven analytical and reporting capability with strong attention to data accuracy.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in sales administration, sales support or commercial operations within FMCG, wines & spirits or a similarly structured B2B/B2C commercial environment. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and supporting e‑commerce/e‑retail activations is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
