Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and maintain sales and distribution data; ensure accuracy and quality of datasets and reports.
- Prepare and update recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, Access and Power BI; keep version control and documentation of major report changes.
- Monitor data changes to detect anomalies and potential issues, and escalate findings to the manager.
- Consolidate data for planning activities, forecasts and business reviews, including channel, distribution and market analysis reports.
- Support performance tracking for brands across channels and assist in preparation of analysis for management reviews.
- Contribute to market and distribution surveys, sales forecast collection and analysis as required.
- Assist with corporate project initiatives and maintain a centralised documentation/catalogue for reporting assets.
- Provide administrative support as needed (meeting organisation, minutes, follow-up).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s); internship candidates in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines preferred.
- Prior internship or coursework in market research, sales analytics or data analytics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical aptitude with fast learning ability and self-motivation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and persistence in data processing and management.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with emphasis on written communication.
- Available to work on-site 3–5 days per week.

Experience
University student; internship experience in market research or data/ sales analytics preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
