Role & Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and deliver periodical sales dashboards and fixed-schedule reports as the single source of truth for sales performance.
- Manage sales data integrity across sales systems and ensure consolidation of sales-related information.
- Control and administer contract, pricing and promotion processes, preparing consolidated submissions for Commercial Director approvals.
- Monitor sales execution and promotional effectiveness; surface performance variances and recommended corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional routines and meetings (sales, commercial margin, marketing), consolidate inputs and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of sales support or sales operations experience in a multinational organisation.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and a proactive, independent work style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; English proficiency required.
