Moët Hennessy seeks Sales Operations Intern in Munich. Support luxury wine & spirits sales team with analytics, reporting, and strategic projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation of ad-hoc analyses, report evaluations, trend analyses, and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, key account management, and trade marketing teams
- Monitor and maintain action plans across sales operations
- Participate in strategic projects and contribute actively during sales meetings
- Observe and learn from daily field sales operations activities
- Develop and propose constructive improvement recommendations
- Generate sales statistics using business intelligence systems (SAP, Anaplan, Salesforce, Cognos, QlikSense)
- Create and distribute revenue reports to national and international customers as the basis for rebate calculations
- Query sell-in reports from key accounts and provide data to relevant stakeholders
- Support the complete sales administration team with daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in business administration or related discipline, or available during a gap year
- Demonstrated engagement and analytical capabilities with strong numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Prior practical experience in sales or distribution through internships or work placements
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proactive communication style and comfort in reaching out for information
