Moët Hennessy is hiring a Sales Operations Executive in Taipei to support commercial strategy, pricing, and promotion management within the luxury wines and spirits sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of trade promotions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, including pre- and post-evaluation of campaign effectiveness
- Prepare and manage trade letters and promotional documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment with customers
- Assist in pricing strategy development across channels and customers, monitoring market pricing and competitive benchmarks
- Support tracking of pricing compliance and identify gaps or risks across channels
- Manage contracts and promotional activities from initiation to closure, including tracking promotion execution, claims, and settlement processes
- Conduct post-evaluation analysis to assess ROI and promotional effectiveness
- Consolidate periodic sales volume data across channels and prepare regular sales reports for management review (weekly/monthly)
- Collect and consolidate key sales data including sell-in, sell-through, and inventory metrics
- Track performance against targets and highlight gaps or risks to support decision-making
- Provide actionable insights and dashboards to support commercial strategy and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in sales planning, business analysis, finance, or commercial operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with sales data systems such as NielsenIQ, Salesforce, or distributor reporting platforms
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in sales planning, business analysis, finance, or commercial operations. Experience within the FMCG or wines and spirits industry is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
