Moët Hennessy seeks a Sales Intern in Hong Kong for a 6-month hybrid internship in HORECA sales administration within the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and management of sales documentation, including quotations, contract updates, renewals, and business review analysis
- Process customer requests and orders, coordinate POSM (point-of-sale materials) placement, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve related issues
- Assist in developing joint business planning presentations, reports, and supporting materials through data gathering and slide preparation
- Update and maintain pricing information and relevant sales data across company systems
- Prepare routine sales reports and performance tracking documentation as directed
- Coordinate logistics and support execution of sales events, promotional activities, and market-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order and administrative processing
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in tertiary education in Hong Kong
- Strong interest in food and beverage lifestyle, wines and spirits sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated organizational and structured approach to work with proven reliability
- Ability to prioritize and respond swiftly to changing demands in a dynamic environment

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates must demonstrate eagerness to learn and familiarity with F&B and luxury goods sectors is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary education program (undergraduate or equivalent) in Hong Kong.
