Sales Intern (Horeca) at Moët Hennessy, Hong Kong. 6-month luxury wines & spirits internship in hybrid work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales documentation, including quotation, business review analysis, contract updates, and renewals
- Provide sales administration support including processing customer requests, order management, and coordinating POSM (Point of Sale Material) placement
- Assist in preparing joint business planning (JBP) presentations, reports, and supporting documents, including data gathering and slide preparation
- Update systems with pricing and relevant sales data
- Prepare routine sales reports and performance tracking as required
- Support events, promotions, and sales activities with logistics and coordination
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve administrative, order, and POSM-related issues
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in tertiary education in Hong Kong
- Strong interest in food and beverage, lifestyle, wines, and spirits
- Organized and structured approach to work with strong attention to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required, though familiarity with sales, hospitality, or luxury goods environments is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in tertiary education program at accredited institution.
