Minuty seeks Sales Development Manager in Paris, Île-de-France. Drive wine sales growth across premium hospitality venues with company vehicle provided.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor commercial policy, ensuring execution of sales actions with target clients and tracking of commercial objectives and results
- Develop product range listings by prospecting and qualifying new CHR (hospitality) clients and expanding distribution of the estate's various wine selections
- Ensure brand visibility by overseeing product presentation at point of sale and implementing brand visibility initiatives
- Participate in public relations and brand promotion operations, including masterclasses and participation in partner events
- Support the Moët Hennessy France commercial team through field tours, competitive intelligence gathering, and portfolio development
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +3 (Bachelor's degree) in commerce or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales development, business development, or field-based commercial roles, preferably within the CHR sector or luxury hospitality environment
- Fluency in French (required); English proficiency appreciated
- Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of commercial management software (SAP, Aspire, Qlik Sense) is advantageous
- Valid French driving licence (Category B) mandatory
- Knowledge of the CHR sector or Parisian market is a plus

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales development, business development, or field-based commercial roles, ideally working with CHR (hospitality and restaurant) clientele or in a premium sector environment.
Education
