Moët Hennessy in Vienna seeks a Sales Coordinator — Off‑Trade to manage order validation, pricing, forecasting and account coordination (hybrid).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational and analytical support to the Sales Director Off‑Trade and the Off‑Trade sales team, acting as the primary interface between Off‑Trade and Customer Service.
  • Validate and process daily Off‑Trade customer orders (SKU, EAN, price, delivery date), identifying and communicating discrepancies to buyers and planners.
  • Manage pricing, customer condition schemes and contract approval flows; process pricing‑related complaints and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage accruals and trade spend in line with customer agreements and VISTEX, maintaining clear oversight of trade spend budgets.
  • Support volume planning, forecasting accuracy and allocation management at quality/SKU level, ensuring alignment with supply‑chain quotas.
  • Prepare and share sales materials (sales folders, product imagery, presentations, pricing updates) and support preparation for customer meetings.
  • Track promotional performance, analyse results and communicate actionable insights to the Off‑Trade team and Marketing.
  • Represent the maison by continuously developing brand and product knowledge to engage audiences from novices to professionals.

Qualifications

  • Professional education (mid/high level) or Bachelor/Master degree in Commercial or Business Administration with emphasis on Sales and Controlling.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and account management; prior experience within a luxury products company is strongly preferred.
  • German: fluent written and spoken (required); English: fluent written and spoken (required); French: desirable.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven experience in data analysis, reporting and presentation formatting.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced matrix organisation.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 2,509 per month.
