Moët Hennessy seeks a Sales Ambassador in Guadalajara, Mexico to grow On‑Trade accounts across Puerto Vallarta and nearby areas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute commercial strategies to achieve targets for sales, distribution, profitability and market share within the assigned On‑Trade territory (Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas).
- Prospect, develop and expand new territories and key accounts across hotels, restaurants and bars to drive premium consumption.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with buyers, operators and on‑premise influencers; negotiate commercial conditions, promotions, space agreements and volume commitments.
- Ensure flawless on‑premise execution through activations, visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance with agreements and sustained brand visibility.
- Monitor and report weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs (sales, forecast accuracy, inventories, pricing, margins, sell‑in/sell‑out); prepare executive reports and data‑driven insights to inform decisions.
- Maintain rigorous administrative discipline: contracts, client onboarding, investment tracking, invoicing and reconciliations; ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial management systems.
- Implement Moët Hennessy global and regional initiatives locally, aligning trade execution with brand and regional priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the alcoholic beverages, luxury goods or related industries with proven success in the On‑Trade channel.
- Proven negotiation skills with buyers and operators; experience liaising with regional management.
- Residence in or willingness to reside in Puerto Vallarta and frequent travel across the assigned territory.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of fine wines and spirits; experience in luxury hospitality development.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
