Moët Hennessy — Shanghai seeks a Sales Administrative Intern (Corporate Accounts) to support the Corporate Clients team with paperwork and sales reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Clients (CC) team with internal paperwork, including expense orders (EO), invoices, contracts, POSM documentation and FOC applications.
- Prepare and update regular sales reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for internal stakeholders.
- Perform general office and administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CC team.
- Coordinate document filing and follow up on outstanding approvals or client requests as required.
Qualifications
- Proficient written and spoken Chinese; English proficiency preferred.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate programme, or equivalent academic background.
- Prior internship experience with a sales team or commercial function is preferred.
- Strong sense of accountability, self-discipline and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills when liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
